Nothing. I had it years ago.. Common with sports people.. Mine went away by itself. In some cases you may to have your Knee drained by syringe..

The fluid, if in excess (more than the normal 5cc in the knee), distends the knee capsule causing pain and limitation of motion in the knee, specially flexion.

It usually will slowly go away on it's own. . . if your knee becomes really painful and swollen, consult a doc.
