The doctors usually don't say, "No diabetes mellitus, polyphagia, or polydipsia."

They normally say, "No polyuria, polyphagia, or polydipsia."

However, diabetes mellitus is the only thing I can think of as well that sounds like what you stated.

Do you mean "diabetes mellitus"???

Polyphagia = Excess hunger
Polydypsia = Excess thirst
