Suggest to your man friend to read up on HPV and understand that HPV is far more dangerous to women (cervical cancer) then to men.
Have him discuss it with your doctor or his. As I understand it the majority of women have one of the 100 plus types of HPV at one time in their lives.
Approach him with reason and logic...not emotion. We men respond better to facts that feelings.
Now go tell him to read up on it.

If he said it won't change things, then believe him. Not only did you drop this bomb on him, he now has to have time to digest what you told him. I agree with those who said to talk to him, show him pamplet's, and tell him that in a monogamous relationship with just you and he, that his chances of also getting the virus is slim. Also, it's less of a chance for a man to contract this disease than women, I'm not sure how or why, but it's something my doctor discussed with me when I was first diagnosed. And just because you are hpv+ doesn't mean that you'll forever have warts on your body. I haven't had one since my one and only treatment 11 years ago.

My closest friend just got the bad that she had HPV!!!! She was devastate, however, after talking to an alternative Dr. She is calm again. Please bare with me; do not think drugs, he actually laugh and told her the scare is not called for. First, he suggest she changed her diet to raw and freshly squeezed fruit and veggie juices. With lots of water and to take a certain natural product (i am not sure I can reveal it on this web site) I sell this product, (but I am not interested in making a sales pitch either) It's healing power is out of this incredible, can you imagine God in all His wisdom creating this wonderful planet without a solution to all our health problems, in a natural way.
