There really isn't much you can do about a urethral stricture that is not invasive. The two invasive options are dilatation or a cutting of the stricture with placement of a temporary catheter. The only medicinal treatments I am aware of are to reduce urinary output and relieve discomfort temporarily. Sorry. Good health.
