The middle finger sounds like some type of damage or blockage of a nerve or tendon. I'm not to sure about Carpal syndrome but, it's something to think about, in the wrist. All your finger tendons come through here through holes actually. When these start plugging, from calcification or irritation caused by constant use they become irritated, and this could be the problem. Probably have to consult with a Neurologist.

Lexapro! It has a devastating effect on the nervous system when the dosage is too high. I was on it and I had really weird side affects, such as itching constantly. The nervous system is so complex and you can't really predict where it the side affects are going to hit. Medication for psychosis is really limited and the best known is seroquel but seroquel doesn't suit me either. It doesn't cause weight gain and I don't think it causes side affects. It seems to have a negative affect on my moods though. It may suit you.

You should see a doctor...this could be a sign of an oncoming stroke or multiple Sclerosis (MS).
