I really wish I could tell you, but the scales that are growing on my face have blocked off my nose....
they only problem I have with some brands is when they upset my stomach and they come up on me, then I taste the fish oil in my mouth, but the better brands do not do this to me
and the neighbors cats love me now for some reason>>>
