When I was pregnant with my son my OB/GYN told me I could still take my Ambien or the Tylenol PM, but since I had 3 miscarriages prior to this I didn't want to take them, so what I did was have my husband set up a stereo system in our bedroom and I played really soothing music, like Kenny G, classical, and usually before the first CD was over I was asleep.

Warm milk, Valarien root and melatonin are good for sleep. Also try using lavender oil either a drop on your sheets or in a difuser in your bedroom. Ambien by the way is a prescription drug and should be used with caution.

Not always but very often. BQ: No, I don't listen to music while sleeping since I usually get up after some minutes and can't sleep for long with music.
