Boost your immune system by getting vitamin C and eating a generally healthy diet.
Other than that all you can do now is control the symptoms, unless it is a bacterial infections, which requires antibiotics to quick recovery.
To control symptoms try getting day-quil or nyquil. If you dont have all those symptoms just take sudafed for your runny nose and tylonal if you have a headache or slight fever

You cant really make a cold go away quicker. You can only ease the symptoms until it runs its course.

you've already gotten a lot of good suggestions. one other thing that works for me is garlic. crush a fresh clove into a bowl of chicken soup. do that for the next few days and your cold will go away quicker.

go buy some "zycam" and use it as directed. it will make your cold go away within three or four days. also, if you use it when you are just starting to feel icky, you can keep yourself from getting the cold all together. good luck!

Lots of fluids and vitamin c should help it along! Getting some fenesin (like mucinex) from the doc ought to get rid of all that nasty snot right quick as well.

I heard 'air borne' (don't know correct spelling) can be bought at Walgreens/Longs Drugs. Start taking Echinacea for preventitive maintenance.
