No! a cold should not affect in anyway but you should keep drinking your pills because you could end up pregnant, just to be in a save side you could go to a Dr and check if you are, also you can do it a home with that pregnancy test they sell at the grocery store, they are pretty accurate.

I doubt very much that a common cold would render the pill ineffective. If anything, having the cold would make conception more difficult. Think about it: fallacy or not, your body is fighting a virus; as we all know, the immune system rejects sperm. If you have the cold your immune system would be working harder than usual. Have you considered that already?
Of course you shouldn't hesitate to take a pregnancy test.

exceedingly darkish and/or profuse lip hair, thickening of pubic hair, carnal insatiability, ringing in only one ear, spontaneous dizziness, exceedingly bright aims, exceedingly boring aims, absence of aims, large quantity of aims (are you noticing a form the following?), unexpected dislike of the feel of pickles/cucumbers, and all sorts of alternative arbitrary issues. the needed theory in the back of any "previous wive's tale" signal is to bounce on something that looks spontaneous and arbitrary and declare that that's an illustration. at the same time as surely that's continually simply by different factors that are very almost entirely unrelated. notwithstanding in case you initiate getting really particular about colour options for even the most trivial of issues then you actually comprehend that you're pregnant.

You know it could be your appendix. It's hard to say without actually examining you. (Wow, I sound like a doctor) If I were you,
I would see a doctor, it could be something very minor. Smile!
