If anyone has been 180 punds or more, and you have lost around 40 pounds, how did you do it ? WHat did u eat ? how did you exercise , if you did ? PLease give me all details of what you did,and how long it took to work ? Thanks !

10years ago i was harrased for 6 year by the kids at my catholic school. I was very depressed, but i got help for it. now i am even worse. I have been having these dreams for the past 10years and nothing can get rid of them. They are about this girl who loses her father and goes around killing people, even her sister whom she loves. She does this because it was said that she would. I am seeing a counsler and on prozac but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions.

I'm taking my partner away for his 21st birthday & we are leaving tomorrow. I know I can't make it stop for tomorrow. Is there a way to make it lighter so we can nookie? ;P I'm already using tampons.

There are times when i feel like i am losing my mind. please help me people....
I feel like i am the most fuked up teenager in the world.
It all started about a few months back, i had thought the world was fake and i had a freak out late at night. I thought what if everyone was fake and ect. i wanted to scream in my room. After that night nothing was better. I remember then recalling childhoods memories of mine and i always thought my mom had sexual urgues towards me, iuno it weird because she'd always want to rub my back and she would come into the shower when i take showers of course everyone in my family never gave anyone privacy but because of what school told us about sexual harrashment n abuse n stuff i always thought u noe it was weird. for some reason i started remembering those things and i decided to talk to my girlfriend. What are the chances of a male getting an STD by receiving unprotected oral sex? Assuming he is healthy, no other infections or diseases, no cuts or sores etc. Many sources simply say it is possible to transmit STDs via oral sex so you must use a condom. I am interested in a more detailed profile of the risk involved for a male receiving from a female. Which diseases could be transmitted and what kind of infection rates are shown for them?

I have been smoking for about 20 some years now. The affects are really starting to show and I know there is no logical reason on the face of the planet that I am still smoking, but I am. What are your opinions on what I can use to quit. I know there are state programs and stuff like that, I'm interested in what aids people used (Chantix, Welbutrin, Nicotine Patch,etc).

So this month I am going to see a gyno. I had tole my mom i have been having yeast infection types symtems and OTC medications didn't work so she is finally taking me there. Im actulyl really happy to go..but I cannot have my mom know i am not a virgin. I can't it wud crush her and basically i wud have no life. Are all gyno's confidetnal? and with the pap smear. Do you only have that if u are not a virgin? so if they did do one to me wud it show up on the insurence or sumtihng.. i am paranoid! so help me please

please help me. both of my thighs are really stiff, it been this stiff for like 2 days. it happened at school cause we're having this dancing assembly and im in it and we had to like bend our knees and sort of like kneel down and that's when th pain started. my mom thinks it's cause i dont work out or anything but i actually do work out alot. i play soccer almost everyday and i lift weights and everything. im not fat im like 95-100 lbs. (well never mind my weight) my mom tried to massage my legs but they still hurt.. HELP ME IT HURTS!!

I have been taking the Pill Yazmin for less than a month now. Before I was on Ortho-tri-cyclen-lo and switched. I couldnt figure out why recently I have been having really bad side pains and some other things.Come to find out It's the side effects to the new pill I am taking.I'm not worried about getting pregnant I have just been on it Since I was 12 because of bad periods.I just want to know If Its ok to just stop taking it. I know I will probably be irregular but is their horrible side effects to doing so.I dont like the side effects to the pill as it is.This pill has the worse side effects I have ever seen.I think I'm just gonna go off birth control for awhile give my body a break. Is It ok to just up and stop taking the pill?
