I feel the pain that is the worst more than the others, I have chronic pain and it is a constant gnaw in my lower back. If I get a migraine I don't feel my lower back pain.

If I get a pain that is of a similar level I will feel both.

Maybe it is because I have been in constant pain for 12 years. This has been my own personnel experience.

I hope this helps. :-)

Nope you feel all the pain from the injuries but it might be stronger at times then other times.

Every area has its own nerve endings to pick up pain.. If you really want to find out.. hit your thumb with a hammer and then don't scratch that mosquito bite. There are 4 levels of pain. They are tickle, itch, burn and then outright pain. They can all react at the same time.

No. You can feel multiple pains although the one that hurts the most may be more apparent.

I think if the degree of pain in one area were so great, such as one experienced internally, you would not be aware of other pain, like a scratch or a lesion on another part of the body.

No way, You can feel more than one pain, One just might be a little stronger and make you focus on that pain more than the other.

You would feel them all. You would however feel the worst pain the most, thus concentrate more on that.
