my girlfriend has bulemia, and i would like to know how i can talk 2 her about it. she isnt fat but she thinks she is, she wont listen to anyone not even me. she is seeing a counceller now but i dont think its helping her she is starting to look a little sick. what can i do about it? how can i help her get over this? i said i would be their for her and i realy do want to. please help.

My son is 6 years and was born preterm. I could hardly feel his testicles and he had to see a specialist. He has already had two surgeries to correct this. On the second surgery they managed to bring the left one down. The right one you can hardly feel it, it is more up and very tiny. We went back to see the specialist and he said it is abnormally tiny and problem is that he was taken to surgery late the testicle might not develop fairly well and he should not have problems with his sex life. The left one is visible and he is healthly and all. Any specialist out there who can help.

I have been using smokeless tobaccoo for 9 years, I woke up yesterday, and out of the blue, my left cheek was really sore. I felt my cheek, and there is a lump in my left cheek. I looked in my mouth, and there is no sign of anything wrong on the inside of my cheek such as lesions, swelling, redness, etc, but I can feel the lump in there. I woke up today and the soreness is still there, but it is not nearly as bad. However, the "lump" is still there. Could I just have slept on the left side of my face in an uncomfortable position and created a deep tissue bruise? The soreness has DEFINITELY gone down which is making me think it is just a bruise and I am being a hypochondriac. I am going to make an appointment with a specialist just to be sure, but has anyone ever had something similar to this? I have always been vigilant about checking my mouth for pre cancerous signs, but I have never had anything wrong. Any thoughts at all would be appreciated.

went back on the pill in august after a brief break, my periods have only been about 2 days long and getting weirder by the month dissapearing and then slight bleeding again,then yesterday my temp was up and down accompanied by nausea and ive had a headache once a day for the past week, dont want to go to doc n find out its nothing n feel silly,so what should i do now?

Just recently i have started doing like exercising at home lyk doing press-ups in the morning and situps and stuff lyk tht, and before lyk when i was havin rumbles with ma mates i always beat them really easy but now im finding it harder to hurt them!? and they havent been doing anything lyk working out of anything, and im confused that i might be lyk either straining my muscles and making them weaker or not exercising right! can any1 help

In early 2002, I was diagnosed with bulging/herniated L5 and S1 disks with an annular tear between the L5-S1 disks. My dr. put me on Percocet. Within 18 months, she had to increase the dosage to 7.5/500 mg, 4-6/day because the pain had gotten so bad. In May of this year, I switched medical groups and began seeing a new pain mgt. specialist. He said from the beginning that I've have to go to PT, but he did prescribe the Percocet and he added 30 mg of morphine, twice a day. By July, he said to take the morphine three times/day. By the end of July, I was so sick of taking meds (I was taking incredible amounts just to sleep), that I stopped everything, except the Perc. I've since found out that Oxycontin makes me hallucinate. The dr. prescribed 50 mg Demerol, but I've been unable to get it filled yet. I've been trying to figure out what is stronger, Dilaudid or Demerol? I have such severe pain that radiates into my right groin and down the exterior of my right leg. Please help!

I've read somewhere that while we are asleep, little creatures like spiders crawl into our mouth (they are after pulse and warmth) and we end up eating them. Is that true? Ive had small wounds sutured with superglue when in A&E (ER to the US-folk) in the past though wasn't told if it was a special kind.

During cold weather I often get cracked skin on my finger tips so I was going to use glue to help protect the wound so that it can heal OK.
