Hi there !
Exercise is good for the body, "if done in the proper way " !
When you start doing ecxercises, you should go in the slow ascending way, not like the "rough tough" way !
This is appicable, when you start the daily exercise...and also when you learn it as a beginner !Daily we should start with a "loosening" schedule ..
Otherwise..the effecrt could be opposite .
only strained muscles will remain !
Best wishes !

Sounds like you are young. You can abuse your body when you are young like overexercising and get away with it, but you will be extra tired for maybe a week while your body is mending itself. You need to learn self control in your work out regime. Gradually work yourself up and be consistent. Never give up! And remember to take whole food vitamins that haven't had the ingredients destroyed by heat. This will help your muscles repair themselves better. http://www.DontForgetToTakeYourVitamins1040.com/HUFFMAN31948

Your not getting weaker. I reckon your getting a tad more maturer. Any 17 year old guy who's started an exercise regime has their head on their shoulders. Keep up the good work but be careful !

you are not doing anything disciplined for what you want to do. get a session with a personal trainer to focus your workout
