I've read somewhere that while we are asleep, little creatures like spiders crawl into our mouth (they are after pulse and warmth) and we end up eating them. Is that true? Is there any trick for spiders (if they occur in my bed.... I am clean person) to leave me alone? Garlick? Keep my mouth shut is not possible. When sleeping

The story about eating spiders while sleeping is a myth. While incredibly widespread. If you are a clean person who hasn't noticed spiders walking around your room you should be ok. If this myth were true more people would wake up from the sensation of something in their mouth or from swallowing a spider. I've never heard of someone who can recall swallowing a spider. It can be considered true without any facts to support it.

Don't freak out about it! If you don't know about it there isn't really any harm done. All sotrts of things get in there and I have read the statistics but I can't remember what they are; I think it is about eight bugs a week we all eat in our sleep. It is no result of your being clean or unclean. If you think about it too much you will go crazy. There are also millions of dust mites eating your dead flesh at night and the average human inhales at least one litre of other people's anal gas each day! Groos huh? But that is life. Get on with it. It never affected you before you knew about it so don't worry now.

Hi there !
I think .."you should select better books for reading .."
You are "getting scared" and also "scaring the other innocent people in this column" ..!
Why dont you read about some sweets, cakes chocolates etc..? .....so that you will dream ...
.....eat them...... during sleep ?
Best wishes !

Don't worry about it, you won't notice it, that's what is important.
