Eat 3 healthy meals a day, steer clear of red meat, eat plenty of fruit and veg, eat long grain race or boiled new potatoes, always eat breakfast and steer clear of packaged snacks and crisps. Avoid sugary cereals, go for bran based cereal. Eat fruit or raw veg as a snack.
And exercise every day, even a brisk walk is helpful in burning those extra unwanted calories. Good luck

Look at your lifestyle and your diet , are you a coach potato ? also do you eat a healthy diet. It,s all down to what you eat and how much exercise you get. For instance if you find the gym too much of a torture just start off by walking, (to work if it is,nt too far) or if that is not possible try swimming which is a gentler for m of exercise but still very productive. You also should be drinking approx 2litres of water a day.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

eat healthy foods and exercise, don't get obsessed with calorie counting as your body will go into starvation mode and you'll just put all the weight back on (and more) when you come off the diet.
try eating wholemeal bread and pasta and eating 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 biggies.

If you are below 30 exercise will be the most affective, along with just healthy food. If you are over 30 you will have to couple the exercise with a diet.

eat.... no really eat..... do not starve yourself..... this is how.. start the morning with a healthy breakfast... a big one even... and lunch,, an healty big lunch,,,, but for diner eat a light dinner... make shure you keep under 1600 calories.. take your vitomes.. get some exersice at least 3 days a week.. and you should drop weight slowly but you should get slimmer... you see you will keep your mussel and may gain some but your body will eat the fat at night while you sleep... please try this be patince before you try taking all the dam drugs or starving yourself.... starvation diets hurt your body in very bad way... sides you do not really lose fat you lose mussel..... this is how it works.. your body will eat your own blood to keep you going not the fat... and without the protines to feed your mussels they stop growing loose tone and get smaller... you will look like you are loosing weight but really you are killing and doing damage to your bones and all your orgians.... and when you start eating again your body will react by making you eat more than you neeed and pack on the fat... in the end starvation diet you will end up fatter and more unhealthy...
you follow what i said and eat 3 meals a day that is important.... no dam junkfood ... stay away from the dam pop... eat fruit for snacks.... but it is really important that you make the time to eat 3 meals a day and the first two need to be balanced.... lots of protines and things like that .... but no fats for dinner..... like a salad something light for diner...bty you will look slimmer and feel better but it will not be over night... give it time.

The best thing you can do is incorporate more whole, raw foods into your diet and eliminate:
1. white flower,rice
2. white sugar
3. high fructose corn syrup which activates the appetite.
4. saturated fats
5. hydrogenated oils and fats
Incorporate more raw foods into your diet because they are alkaline and have naturally occurring enzymes.
And remember to take a whole food vitamin that hasn't had the ingredients destroyed by heat. http://www.DontForgetToTakeYourVitamins1040.com/HUFFMAN31948

Eat less. Move more. Take your time - you did not become overweight in a few weeks. You will not become dramatically thinner in a couple of weeks.
