As everyone else says, eat smaller portions. Plenty of fruit and veg each day. low carb foods. Drink plenty of water. Don't eat at night time, after about 8pm. Exercise daily. 30 minutes walk daily is recommended, but even 15 minutes helps alot if you can't manage 30 everyday.

There are various options. I would suggest two easy ones.
1) Try jogging atleast for 30 mins everyday. If you can do it in the mornings,the better.
2)Add a teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water and drink it everyday morning. It works wonders.

The obvious things. Eat more healthily by either changing what you eat or how much, and exercise for 30 minutes every day - even a brisk walk will help.

I actually just walked for 30min, 4 times a week. drank a bit more water and within 5 weeks have lost 10kilos.
