The doctor has recommended cough mixture, my Mother olbas oil and in the bathroom with the door closed and the shower on to steam her chest. Any other tips?

I for one think they're a disgraceful tax on visitors. Where do the millions of pounds go and why is the NHS in such a rubbish state EVEN when they're fleecing viisitors in this way?

my friend has an eye twitch in his left eye. Does anyone know what causes such a condition? Is there any cure or medication one can use? His eye does not twitch all the time, perhaps 3 times a day.

I recently suffered a crush injury. Im in ALOT of pain. I have tenderness & bruising on my ankle/foot but my Doctor said "No obvious fractures". He also said, it is possible that a hairline fracture may not have been seen on the Xray. My foot was squashed between a pallet & a forklift, almost causing me to fall back. I am 100% certain i heard a crack. I felt instant pain & a burning sensation & couldnt walk properly & still cant, after 48hrs of the injury. How can i find out for sure if its fractured &, what is the treatment needed?

I am barely able to use my hands in the morning. No matter what time of day it is I can't write/type/drive/ etc for more than 2-3 minutes without the burning itchin and numbness starting up.
