I'm trying to figure out what vitamins I should be taking and have heard that when you take any type of vitamin b be you should also use a vitamin b complex cause using one all by itself can cause more harm than good. Whats that mean?

Since I asked a similar question to the ladies a few days ago, I'll now turn towards my fellown men.
How would you feel if a doctor told you they needed to operate your "pride and joy". Thus insuring no more joy for life. If it were to happen to me I'm sure I would no longer feel like the same man. I have a friend who actually threatened to kill his doctor if he damaged his prostate (he had bowell cancer and the doctors told him there was a chance it got damaged.) So how would you feel if something happened to your manhood.

I am just 15 yrs but I am 5 feet and 7 inches in height. I weigh around 65kgs!! Is that tooo much? Or is it ok, as I must be having lots of bone weight? In temrs of physical appearance, I dont look tooo thin or tooo fat. But the thing I am worried abt is that my friends look thinner than me. I dont knw if what I am is alright for my height and age or I have got to seriously work out.
Please help me and give me sensible answers.

Quite often and for no apparent reason i would have an urge to punch someone who was next to me, it could be someone i was talking to or someone sat in front of me in the cinema, i never did it and there was no malice in the thought but even so it was a strong urge, this lasted for a few teenage years and ive never had it again but i happened to mention it to my dad last week in conversation and descovered that he also went through a phase of having this urge (again he never did it) is this a small coinsidence or can anyone relate to it.

I was born in cape verde, and I came here when I was 6. Now I'm going back there in about a year. I'm really scared to go back because I don't really know the language really well, and the culture is really different from here. I'm scared I will get tesed and kids will think I'm weird, an I won't make friends. I'm really shy and very sensitive too, I will cry for almost anything!
