Sorry, but no. The bristles of the toothbrush are too large to go in between the teeth and the Listerine does not actually remove any debris from in between the teeth. This is why you need floss, to get the gunk out.
Believe me, I spend lots of quality time cleaning the teeth of my patients who do not believe they have to floss...Sometimes it takes up to 5 visits to complete a cleaning then a visit every three months thereafter. Floss, please.

The toothbrush removes the plaque it can get to. Unfortunately it can not get between the teeth or below the gums. The mouthwash kills the bacteria but does not remove the plaque. You have to floss to remove the plaque between the teeth and below the gum line. If you don't floss you will have many a dental scalings in your future.

despite what the commercials say, NO NO NO. Nothing takes the place of flossing. A rinse can get in between the teeth, but not enough to wash away the deb-re. Just get in the habit of flossing. Nothing can replace it.

No. You must floss everyday to get the junk out between your teeth. A toothbrush and mouthrinse do not get it all. Floss!
