Act like it doesn't bother you- if he thinks that you aren't phased by it, he'll get no enjoyment from it.

You need too have him arrested as wht he is doing is against the law. If you go too your local policethey can trace the call and will arrest him for his harrasment. You will have too have evidence that he is the one calling such as your record of his number when he does not block it. If they continue and he may start callin from pay phones which are much harder too trace then you should ask your phone company too let you change your number. Be sure not too list the new number or he will be able too get it and the calls will probably start all over again.

get a whistle or something just as annoying to him..find out what it is that bugs him and be relentless lol..or tell mom and dad
