You have to count your normal caloric (calorie) intake on a normal day. That means everything. Depending on your height, etc. you should be around 1800 to 2200 calories. If you are more than that you could cut down on the consumption. Bring in healthier foods and cut out the delights (not totally, but just make them rewards every once in a while). Bring in the vegetables and healthy meats (fish/poultry). After you are used to this cut out soda. If you need to cut back to 1 can/bottle a day. After a month or two of this you will feel a whole lot better and after a little bit even tasting those unhealthy things will make you gag. Once you have the new eating habits and feel better, you will want to exercise. Nothing crazy, whatever you like to do (walking, jogging, light weights, aerobics, kickboxing, tai chi, palates). Losing weight is not easy, so don't expect there won't be any work or temptations on your part. Good luck, and stick with it.

You could, but it will be difficult. Exercising helps expediate the process of weight loss. However, 80% of weight loss is diet. If you want to lose weight without working out, you will have to put yourself on a strict diet. Eating every 2-3 hours (about 6 small meals/snacks), eating the right kinds of foods (i.e. no simple carbs, lots of green vegies, fruits), you would need to meet with a registered dietician to determine your caloric needs and then decrease your total caloric needs for the day by 500 calories in order to lose weight. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week - 1 pound of fat equals 3500 calories.

Lower your calories. Quick example. If you weigh 200 lbs. and you want to stay your same weight, keep your calories per day at 2000. If you want to weigh 150, change the way you eat to 1500 calories per day. Don't go lower than 1200 a day because you won't be getting enough. The difference in exercise is that muscle is built during exercise and if you just have muscle and your sitting there watching t.v., you are burning more calories than someone that doesn't have muscle. Just walking builds the muscles in your legs. Sometimes I sit in front of the t.v. lifting those little dumb bell hand held weights...I can really tell a difference when I do this.

look, exercise never meant exercising on the treadmill all day long, it means u choose a certain activity, the simplist one is walking. or u can do jogging, u know stuff which makes u loose wait and not bored. and u should do it for a certain time, like start with half an hour and then gradully increase the time, don't go to one and a half hours just like that.

it's not boring, try it the way i'm telling u, choose a particular interest, for example swimming. then u gotta eat a healthy and proper diet, and ur done(gradully) it won't happen in a day. exercise is important for ppl who r over-weight and 4 ppl who r under-weight. it should b done regularly.

There is one way it can be done. It has been used as a weight loss plan for about 20yrs now and it really works. Hi I am a social worker and for years I have watched my clients who have tried to lose weight go from fat to tiny in no time at all. This is done through the incredible drug of crack. (LMAO) Crack use would be the quick fix option to your question.

Theoretically, you could. Just eat about 1200 calories, However it will be slow and hard. Plus two people could be the same weight height and age and could be identical twins, but the one who is more fit will look better! Why do you not want to excercise? its FUN! Swim, dance, go for a nature walk! take up boxing and pretend the punching bag is (insert name here)

If you cut down your calorie intake dramatically. But the real way, and healthy way to do this, is by exercising and eating a healthy diet. Why not just do that if you want to lose weight so bad?

if you consider water weight, weight then yes but it will come right back. Exercising is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. Plus your skin will not be flabby, it'll stay nice and tight.

You can, using pills and such other "medical wonder remedies" but you'll just end up damaging and overstressing your organs such as kidneys, which filter blood. My suggestion is to get up and start working on imporving yourself slowly. Step by step. Add some healthy eating to that and some meditation, and your set.
