The yellow in your foreskin can be done too alot off different reasons, I would say your first port off call is to have a nice warm bath and give yourself a really good clean down there and ensure that you can roll back the hole of the foreskin and clean the bell end and inside the foreskin to make it have a good clean.....Dry yourself really well and then have a good look again, if you still have this yellow color and its not due to your normal skin color etc get yourself booked into the doctor for a check up.

Lots of guys worry about going and getting checked at the doctor, but you really have nothing to worry abouts, hey they see dick every day and they will be more interested in making sure you have no problem rather then checking you out. Good look with this.

If this is a yellow creamy substance, you are not washing your penis properly. In the morning when you shower, pull the foreskin back and wash with soap and water, just like you wash everything else.

If this is more like a blister, it could be herpes or even syphiliis - it depends on whether you've been sexually active. Go see a doctor.

Yes, that could be a problem. This could be sign of not being cleaned properly, not dried properly, even other signs. If you are one who is sexually active, then you'll want to think of what you have been doing and you may want to get it check out as soon as can be. To be very honest with you, this is a very delicate organ to speak about, but, also speak about on the internet. You may have to tell your parents and get it taken care of at once, because it has the possibility of leading to further infection elsewhere.

Best of luck to you.

In the old days it was called foreskin cheese.
It the secretions from your penis to keep the skin supple and soft. Push back and wash out regularly and keep it all very clean.
If in doubt see a doctor.

if it doesn't hurt, you are alright....you just need to clean that area better. When you shower or bathe, make sure you pull the skin back as far as you can and clean with soap and warm water. Wash it good 3 to 4 times every time you shower....hope you stop worrying...good luck.... ;)

I think it is smegma... just pull it back and wash it with soap and warm water... and hopefully it will go away... if you had sex recently... it would not hurt to check if you had STD's...
