If you wear dentures you may know but an advert on tv said that their brand of the paste to hold them in would keep dentures in place all day everyday then how do you take them out at night?

The denture adhesive is sticky enough to keep your dentures in during normal activity...eating, talking..but it is not permanent. You will be able to remove your dentures at the end of the night with a bit of pressure.

P.S. Please remove your dentures at night, brush your dentures and tongue and rinse your gums. Also soak your dentures in a cup of water. This practice gets rid of (stinky) bacteria that reside in the mouth. It is also important to allow your tissues to breath at night and stay healthy, which is done by removing your dentures.

To get them out you just have to apply enough downward pressure to break the seal and they will come out. The adhesive allows your denture to keep from moving around when you are eating and talking.

Also if you rinse with very warm, not hot, water before it helps loosen up the seal. But like the one guy said, All those advert on TV all lie, they wont stay in like they claim to.

If you apply enough pressure to them, they will come out. but by just normal eating pressure they will stay in place.
