Take a bath and relax. Or meditate. Or take a mid day nap. Or get involved in something physical, like get really into a sport. Set a goal for running. Beat your goal day after day after day. Don't think about work or problems.

an hour long massage... not only will it make your body feel soooo good, but it gives you that time to focus completely on yourself and throughout that hour you can drudge up whatever fantasy you wish.... in a way it feels like you have taken a "holiday". :) if only for an hour......
