What are some natural alternatives for preventing tooth decay? Besides the obvious, brushing and flossing.

yes it is but if it gets digested it could make you feel sick, possibly make you vomit.

nothing. That is all you need to do. Getting a floride rinse and swishing with it, it real helpful. BUt you cannot eat or drink for 30 minutes after, or it washes away the effect. No floride is not bad for you, unless you injest large amounts of it. Then it can make you sick and even posion you. But i'm talking about eating a whole tub of toothpaste, or swalling the whole bottle of rinse.

Flouride is a natural product. It is one of the elements on the periodic table of elements.
Use only flouride containing products.

No Fluoride is very bad for you. Only reason it was put into US water was that it is a by-product of Aluminum Processing hence it was easy, cheap and poisonious.

Fluoride is perfectly safe.. As long as you properly use it. Theres many different kinds of Fluoride and different doses of fluoride out there. BUT, its up to you... to make sure you do as instructed when using it. As long as you do follow instructions.. Fluoride is very benefical to you and your dental health.
