It is the same color as the rest of my inner eyelid. It doesn't hurt.

You might have a stye. A stye or hordeolum is an inflammation of the sebaceous glands at the base of the eyelashes. They are harmless but can be very painful. They are generally caused by a Staphylococcus bacteria infection.It may form on either the inside or the outside of the eyelid.

Sounds like a sty lay a warm wet wash rag over your eye several times a day and it should go away.
