I know that diabetes is one ...but i need to know if there is any other diseases that have this condition related to it.

Peripheral Neuropathy is not a symptom but a sequelae (an additional condition brought about by the presence of the primary condition) . Peripheral neuropathy is damage to the peripheral nervous system and in most cases cannot be reversed as can a symptom.
The diseases that can affect the peripheral nervous system are miriad and too long to list ....please check this wonderful website for all the information you need.

Fibromyalgia comes with all sorts of symptoms like neuropathy. Really keeps you on your toes. I've had everything from numbness/tingling to devastating pain. Here's a fairly complete list of some of its symptoms: http://www.fms-help.com/signs.htm
