again I'd liek to stress as I did in the other question that this is my friend who wishes to remain anonymous, I don't blame him. So he had asked me to ask the question for him. insults or remarks you make are not what I am looking at, but my friend.

A man's testicles are like a woman's breasts - no two are ever the same but usually very close.

They can be and there is nothing wrong. Women have one breast larger than the other also. Unless it's causing some discomfort or looks in any way different besides size I wouldn't worry. Still, you may want to ask the Doc. on your next visit. If you are young and embarrassed just remember every man has them and most of them felt the same way at your age and some still do. Just ask to put your mind at ease. If mom still goes with you ask her to leave the room. You have the right to do that. good luck.

Yes, that's perfectly normal. How ever the difference is usually slight and not all that noticable. If you are seeing a NEW difference in size or a signifigant difference in size you should go see your doctor. This could be a symptom of inflammation, epididymitis, infection or cancer.

Don't get too stressed. As I said first, a slight difference is in fact perfectly normal.

you should be doing monthly testicle checks like women do monthly breast checks. one of the most common cancers among men aged 20-35 is testicular cancer. if you feel any lumps, you should be seeing a doctor as soon as possible. even if you dont feel lumps, you should have an exam, it is NOT necessarily normal to have one bigger than the other. you may also have a hydrocele, which is excess fluid build up in your scrotum.

I don't know ice-climber, since I can't bend that far to get a good close-up look. Were they the same size in the past or have you noticed one growing or shrinking ? Peanut & walnut in the same sack?

Sawyer seems to know much about a mans testicle size and behavior (and I don't want to know why) so just go with his comments.

go and ask the doctor completely I think I read in Guyton Medical physiology , and in anatomy that one testis is very very or Minute bigger than other because there is no symmetry in our body part,it also mention in this book on is slightly up than other by which they can accommodate in scrotum.

Not necessarily, but one will hang lower, at times. They don't have to be identical in size, but they should be fairly close.

one is bigger than the other so us men can close our legs. when we close our legs one testicle is on the bottom and one is on the top.
