My boyfriend had a tick. I lite a match, blew it out, and touched the tick with it. It started to come out...I pulled with tweezers....The head is still stuck in. Who/what do about this....how can get the head out....do I have to.

its not from exercising. when i breathe in my chest really hurts, my ankels, shins, thighs, and arms hurt. when ever i do anything i get really tired and just want to sleep. i cant stand up for too long cause i feel to tired. i just feel really weak and tired and when ever i start doing something i get confused and than very tired. wat do u think is worng with me?

I've been getting in shape my self eating a low fat medium carb diet and working out. I would really love my wife to lose a few pounds since she's about 30-40 lbs over the 120lbs weight she was when I met her, and I fear she'll get as big as her mom. Of course when I mention anything to her about working out or diets it seems to have a negative effect, even when I mention the health benefits. She will go on the atkins because she say's it's the only one she likes...however, I keep telling her it's not sustainable. In fact she's evidence that it's not. All I want is for her to work out with me or at least make an effort. Any suggestions?

Hi all, I recently started to walk/jog on a daily basis. I cannot run for more than half a mile at a time and want to build my endurance up so I jog for half a mile than walk....during the walk, can I still burn off calories at a decent pace. if not, what can I do during my walk to increase weight loss (use dumbells for example) thanks

i've always had terrible allergies (nose and throat), but after moving from a humid state (virginia) to the dry desert of california, they got worse and my nose got REALLY dry. i usually have postnasal, still do, but now i also have that full stuffy feeling you get with a sinus infection in my face and forehead, and sometimes popped ears, is it possible for me to have a sinus infection, or could these just be different allergies? i feel fine otherwise, and i know sinus infections usually cause pain dont they? it takes FOREVER to get an ENT appt here, so i figured i'd ask in the meantime!
