if u r having a problem with your weight then stop and just stay on a die if u r old then its normal if u r in good shape but your back hearts then u have 2 go 2 a Doctor .

Did you warm down after excercising? If not, go easy on your back for a while, in time it should stop hurting, then you can get back to excercising.
