This sounds like a migraine. Lay down in a very dark room, preferably with no noise. You may just have to wait it out, try taking aspirin or ibuprofen. If these continue, or if it gets worse, go to the doctor.

A lot of things are taken into consideration when rendering advice as to how to make headaches stop. You don't give your age, whether or not you've tried taking anything, whether you're crying because your head hurts OR your head hurts because you are crying, whether or not you have these frequently or infrequently, etc.

If it's triggered from all your crying, you must stop crying. You need to take something for your headache...usually a good one is Tylenol p.m. (taken according to directions). Lie flat on your back with your head just slightly elevated, turn off the lights or dim them until they're barely on, listen to some soothing music (if the type of music is going to put you in "sad" frame of mind, elect to watch an uplifting TV show you really like - preferable lighthearted and laced with comedy). This remedy is for now...
then the rest of this answer tells the "later on" remedy.

If it is a stress or tension headache, the only sure fire way of stopping it and keeping it under control is to take care of whatever it is that causes the stress or tension. You need to find someone you can talk with about whatever the problem is - a good place is with somebody you know, trust, and admire... preferably older and more experienced than yourself - so they will be able to give realistic remedies and/or suggestions based on their years of knowledge and experience. It can be a school counselor, sunday school teacher, pastor, family member, best friend's parents, or whomever. And keep telling yourself, no mater what...tomorrow is a brand new day.

You need to spend some quality time with yourself, determining what your likes and dislikes are and what you (as a person) are all about. The next thing is going to sound strange, look at yourself in a mirror (everyday) and tell yourself how much you love yourself, how special you are, and that God doesn't make mistakes when he created life...so you need to do your best to keep things undercontrol and always look PAST the "right now" time. Take care.

Could be a migraine. I use to get migraines really bad. I would see a Dr. for them. He gave me a shot then I had to go home, make my bed room as dark as possible. Every one in the house tippy toed around and was careful not to make a lot of noise. This helped. For your sake I hope it's not a migraine. Allergy headaches can be pretty rough too. And Sinus headaches. Try some allergy relief meds over the counter or some sinus relief meds. Good luck. Head aches are no fun what so ever. I hope this has helped.

first you need to calm down! Do a few relaxation breathing then go to the bath room and get a cold wash cloth and put it on you forehead. If you have an ice pac in the freezer put it behind your head(base of your skull) I would not take aspirin if your sick to your stomach that may make you vomit

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Stop crying. You've probably raised your blood pressure and that has caused the headache.
