No, it doesn't. ..Decay only affects real teeth. Not acrylic or plastic!

You do still have to keep them clean though. Brush them regularly, so food particals dont build up on them. Food can still build up on them and harden, and it can get very difficult to get off once it has. Brushing/cleaning them on a regular basis, prolongs the life of your dentures. As well as keeps them white, and stain free.

Since dentures are not real teeth, I don't think they can get cavities. Just make sure they're clean.

dentures are fake and therefore they can not decay. you do need to keep an eye out on your gums though.

whatever you do, you don't want a root canal on your denture. the pain will send you into orbit.
