its not from exercising. when i breathe in my chest really hurts, my ankels, shins, thighs, and arms hurt. when ever i do anything i get really tired and just want to sleep. i cant stand up for too long cause i feel to tired. i just feel really weak and tired and when ever i start doing something i get confused and than very tired. wat do u think is worng with me?

i dont think its the flu because i dont feel sick, just tired and aching. and my head does feel warm... but i really dont think its the flu

Ask your doctor if you have fibromyalgia, which causes you to hurt all over, or chronic fatigue syndrome which makes you tired. You DO need to see a doctor though......

We really need some more info before we can make an educated guess. Do you have a fever? The flu can make your whole body ache. How long has it been happening? How old are you? Any other symptoms? If you have issues with your heart you may become tired very easily. You need to go to the doctor, NOW! Good luck...

Try to eat more fruits and veges... cut down on fatty foods. Try taking brisk walks and then rest for a while and continue. Try that. Take care.

go to your doctor and let him request for some lab work-ups for you, usually when u feel that, ur electrolytes are out of whack....or check ur thyroid hormone...blood tests can reveal a lot...so go now...dont wallow in that misery of yours....hope its not too late.....u might have generalized arthritis....so please go.....
