Especially at night. Weird eh? Also, I never notice that I have to pee until I REALLY have to go... Anyone else with the same problem? Will it go away or is there any way to fix it?

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. They should be treated. One possible way you could tell is pee into a clear glass then hold the urine up to the light. If it's cloudy or has stuff in it, it's an infection and you should go to the doctor IMMEDIATELY. Untreated UTI's can damage your kidneys.
If your pee is clear, maybe it's something else. But if it continues to feel bad, call the doctor anyway.

Sounds like a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) to me. See a gynaecologist.
