Do you have a TV and a DVD player? Try an aerobics video, or pilates or yoga or something of the sort. They're fun, easy, and usually pretty short. However, if you're doing yoga or pilates you're not doing too much cardio...so if it's not too cold try going for a run or walk for a half hour or so. You get fresh air and some good exercise all in one.

Lifting canned goods (put equal sized canned goods in plastic grocery bags) curl them, or lift them over your head as in a should press. Do lunges for you butt, crunches for your belly...sit with your back to the coffee table, place your hands on top the table, extend your legs out in front of you and press yourself up. Go for a walk

I do pilates at home. Its very good when you don't want to build big muscles. It makes you lean and your muscles longer and toned. If you wanted to incorporate one piece of equipment, a ball would be good. It really forces you to balance and it works muscles you wouldn't work normally.

Yoga and pilate's. Borrow tapes ( Gilad, Jane Fonda, anything) from friends until you like something and think that you will stick to it. Then, buy your own. Exercise (proper spelling)
