I am 21 weeks pregnant and am planning on making Chinese food tonight. What are some good options for me to use as fillings that are not raw?

It also CANNOT be tuna.

im going to make a gingerbread house.
out of graham crackers actually.
but i need some ideas on how to build the structur.
i want it to look great when everyone comes to see it.
and yes i am a pretty great icing piper.

A poultry recipe when u start with a very small game bird like a quail then u stuff it in to a slightly bigger bird then that in to little bit bigger bird and so on till u get to a very big bird like a goose.

For this soup, I have found recipes that mostly call for florets and a few that include the entire broccoli including the stem part.

Could I just use the entire broccoli including the stem? Or could it give it an off flavor?
