boiling water in a pot and place a big glass bowl on top so that the steam coats the bottom of the bowl. Put the white chocolate in smallish pieces into the bowl and be sure that the water doesn't get into it. After it melts you have some options of what you want to do. If it is too thick, do NOT add water because that will make it thicker. Add some oil instead to thin it out.

Yes, you go to your grocery store and then down the baking aisle where you will find bags or packages of white chocolate. You buy it, bring it home, and put the white chocolate chips into the top of a double boiler over boiling water in the bottom. Then it melts.

umm... this is for white chocolate truffles
take 1.5 pounds white chocolate, melt it in a double boiler (fill a saucepan with hot water, put an empty pan on top of it, put the chocolate in the empty pan and heat the water in the bottom pan), in a separate pan, heat 3/4 cup whipping cream and 1/4 cup butter to 125 degrees on a candy thermometer, add the whipping cream mixture to the chocolate all at once, beat until smooth, chill until almost set but still pliable, mix with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, chill until firm enough to roll into balls, melt 1.5 pounds dark chocolate in another double boiler, coat the white chocolate gnosh in melted dark chocolate, put in the fridge until the coating is hard.... then eat it!!

Buy some semi-sweet white chocolate morsels. Empty them into a bowl. Heat in microwave uncovered. (Time for heating depends on how thick you want it, so I would start low around....15 seconds and work up) Take out and stir around. Then pop back in microwave for about 10 seconds...or however much time is needed for your desires :)

i think u buy some white chocolate, get a medium size pot, fill with water, then in a much smaller pot, but the white chocolate in it, and let it melt slowly. the heat of the boiling water, won't burn it.
