I had some meat in my freezer that I only put in there a few months ago, but i forgot to label it. It could be steaks or pork chops. Neither have bones. Is my stew going to be nasty?

I know what meat looks like. After a few months in the freezer you cannot tell the difference.

No, IMO, pork makes just as good a stew as beef does......so don't worry about it......if the meat has been frozen for "a few months", I'd thaw it out and proceed with your stew recipe in a slow cooker (crock pot).......You can find some killer recipes for, say, Chili Verde (Latin style Pork Chili in a green sauce, which is really delicious) on the Food Network.com.......Enjoy, and this is the season for soups and stews, they warm the stomach, heart and soul......and are very tasty to boot!!!
