I was searching cyberspace for a gingerbread cookie recipe.
Every site I hit, had an advertisement for some sort of weight loss product?
Is this supposed to encourage me to make GingerBread cookies.
Do people want to be reminded about their weight, while searching for Ginger Bread recipes?

Would this type of advertising make you more or less likely to try out cookie recipes?

My carrot cake turns moldy quickly after it's out of the oven. It's not covered entirely in mold, but has moldy spots. I use organic carrots; free-range chicken eggs; China-Tunghing-Cassia Cinnamon; baking soda; flour; sugar; olive oil; salt; buttermilk and vanilla. None of the ingredients are expired. Is the cake having a strange chemical reaction? Should I add/subtract anything? Thanks for your help.

I need exact measurements not just "a little" or "a few" or "a dash".
And just with eggs, milk, cinnamon, and bread.
And it's just for me.

I never cook so I don't know what I'm doing much. I took out a pound of ground chicken meat and let it run under hot water a couple of times and just left it in the sink for it to defrost. After about 3 hours it was still frozen solid in the middle so I took it out its original package put it on a plate and wrapped it up and thawed it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and it was still frozen in the middle. I got tired of it so I just wrapped it up with plastic wrap and put it back in the fridge. Is this safe?

I'm not a big fan of traditional coleslaw recipes because I dislike mayo. But I really like broccoli and I was wondering if anyone has any out of the ordinary uses for bagged broccoli slaw. Thanks.

So I bought 0.37lb of boneless breaded chicken breast from the meat counter at the grocery store. I have a few questions:

- I froze the meat as soon as I got home. The sell by date is Nov. 27.... Is this still good to eat?

- I have the oven on 450 and the timer set for 20 minutes... Is that long enough to cook this?

I'm trying here, but I need help! Thanks!

I bought a box of cake mix and baked it in two 9-inch pans. I just took them out of the oven, and they're all puffy and weird-shaped. I tried pushing the top down so it'd flatten out, but it poofed back up! So like am I supposed to glue the two round sides together with frosting? Or like one round side to a flat side? Or should I chop off the roundish part so it's flat? I've never baked cake before, mostly just brownies and cookies, so I'm new at this. I'm baking myself a birthday cake, cuz baking's fun. I turned 13 today. Woo-hoo! Okay, can someone help me?
