Crushed potato chips, crushed Ritz crackers or french-fried onions (like the kind used on top of green bean casserole).

You could use cheese, or crackers crushed, I think bread crumbs might work. But really I wouldn't add any topping.

clams...
they go really good with a creamy mushroom soup.
and you can fry the rice.. mix it with chicken... then add chopped clams in with it as you fry it.......
then... garnish it with half opened cooked clams...
its really good.. you should try it...
