I work in a school and our kids have to make this themselves as easily as possible, we obviously guide and help them (they are only 3). But I was told we could somehow make a sweet potato dish with canned yams, brown sugar, and marshmellows. Can anyone supply me with a recipe similar to this? Thanks.

What is the best replacement for milk in my oatmeal cookie recipe...it only calls for one tablespoon so I don't want to buy a whole container of milk. I have rice milk, orange juice, and of course water...what do you think?

I am making pork chops stuffed with gouda and bacon. Can anyone recommend a good side dish to go with it? My husband doesn't like applesauce so I can't use that. Maybe a vegetable of some sort? And how to make it would be appreciated. Thanks!

Would I need to add crackers to the meat (like I am making meatloaf) in order to make the patties firm? I am thinking if I just fry or bake the patties and pour the cream of mushroom soup mixture on top the patties will break when I try to get them out the pan. I guess I could use a spatula though.

I am looking for recipe suggestions and ideas on how to make the hamburger meat have a good texture.

I'm looking for kinds that bake well, have a good shelf life and can be packed in a decorative box for Christmas presents. So far after looking through some recipes, I'm thinking about doing a variety of biscotti. However, that's not set in stone and I also have to think about what kinds of cookies the kids would like. Any suggestions? Also, any easy recipes would be appreciated if you would like to share them =D

I can't find my mom's recipe! I know she boiled the giblets in salted water, chopped them up for the dressing. Then she used the liquid from the giblets along with the drippings from the turkey, chicken stock, salt and pepper, flour, etc ... but does anyone have the EXACT recipe? I drive my family insane every year having them come in the kitchen to test it. I would like just once to make it right the first time. Help Please and Happy Thanksgiving!
