If you want tender chops and flavorful I like to bake at around 350 in a single layer if possible. Season with your favorites and cover with foil. Cook for about 45 minutes. Test for doneness and if you prefer more color to them, you may broil for the last few minutes to brown. They will be tasty and should still be very tender.

You can do the leftovers diced up in fried rice. Milk gravy and mashed potatoes. Minced in gravy over biscuits. Diced up in a stew or soup in which they will get even more tender too.

bake or grill

bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or Get a thermometer and take out at 145 degrees and let rest before serving.

You dont have to cook them all at the same time. Also it wont hurt the meat if you re-freeze them. I wouldnt do it more than once though.

I buy thick porkchops, marinade them, and bake them at 350 for about 45 minutes with foil covering them. They have always turned out delicious!

You can bake them at 350 (be sure to bake them on a rack to drain the grease off), or you can broil them as you would a steak (my preferred method of cooking). Time is until such that when the meat is pierced with a fork it runs clear (no pink/blood).
