I am not much of a cook but one of my easy faves is Chicken breast with some Greek seasoning on it,them put some Havarti Cheese on top with some Feta Cheese on top of that,if you have those ingredients it is an awesome chicken dish and a 14 year old can make it.

I'm 14 and go with burgers or something easy. Also, costco has these frozen chicken breasts (unbreaded). That you just smear some olive oil and grill. They taste really good. I've done it when I'm babysitting my brothers a lot.

if the 14 yr. old isn't very good in the kitchen then just have t.v. dinners but if they are pretty good then make some pasta...

Either toast, waffles, tea or a mayonase-lettuce-tomato sandwich.Trust me, I have a 14-year-old brother and he eats those sandwiches ALL THE F****ING TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
