I'm cooking the turkey this year and I'm looking for a recipe. I found this recipe http://www.recipezaar.com/104958 do you think it sounds good? Or should I use a brine recipe? I don't know which method is the best.

It was shown on Nigella Express on 19th November, and is also included in the recipe book of the same title. I would love to make it as my sisters birthday cake. Anyone got the recipe?
It's nowhere online. Even the bbc/nigella.com dont have it.

I want to use a pre-made graham cracker pie crust instead of making my own (I know, I'm lazy).

What size pie crust would I need for this recipe? Are any brands particularly good, or could I just get the store brand? Thanks!

Ingredient list for filling:
1 cup sugar (plus one tablespoon for crust)
24 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice

I'm a retail store manager and with black friday aproaching(day after Thanksgiving) I would like to make a nice goodie basket to give my hard working employees a boast. Not a meal replacement but something other than cookies or brownies to keep them moving on such a busy day!

I am starting my gift registry and I have no clue if non stick pans are better than stainless steel. I have noticed with teflon pans that they start to chip easily and that is why I am leaning towards the stainless steel, but also the stainless steel might be hard to clean and can burn the bottom of the pan.

This recipe uses canned pumpkin pie mix. I know that a lot of people prefer sweet potato pie over pumpkin. I am just curious if there is such a thing as canned sweet potato pie mix. Can I simply swap out the pumpkin mix and put sweet potato mix in it's place?

I am trying to keep the recipe as simple as possible, so my 4 year old daughter can help as much as possible, but still end up with a great tasting dessert for turkey day.

Thanks in advance.

Here is a link to the recipe, it is the second recipe on the page.

does anyone know how long it would take if i were to put two 13 pound turkeys in the oven at once?
would it take the time for a 13 pounder or would i add up the birds and cook it as a 26 pounder?
any suggestions/advice will help...
i am not stuffing them if that makes a difference.

Has anyone roasted their turkey the day ahead of Thanksgiving, let it cool and carved it, and then put it in the fridge until Thanksgiving day and then re-heated it? Any suggestions on how to do that?
