I want to use a pre-made graham cracker pie crust instead of making my own (I know, I'm lazy).

What size pie crust would I need for this recipe? Are any brands particularly good, or could I just get the store brand? Thanks!

Ingredient list for filling:
1 cup sugar (plus one tablespoon for crust)
24 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice

The recipe calls for a spring-form pan which is about 2 inches tall and about 9 inches wide. This filling calls for 3 pkgs. of cream cheese, 1 cup pumpkin and 3 eggs. That's a lot of filling to put into a ready made graham cracker crust. If you decide to do this, buy more than 1 pie crust. You'll also need to decrease the cooking time dramatically for the pre-made crust, baking only about 30-45 min. and checking after the 30 min. You could bake 2 or 3 pies at the same time, (depending on your oven size) rotating them after the 30 min.

Happy Thanksgiving!

That recipe calls for a springform pan, which is normally 9". so I'd go with a 9" crust. But, it won't be as deep as a springform pan, so be careful when you pour the filling. It may not all fit into the crust.

I'd get the store brand. They have the same ingredients as the other brands and are cheaper.
