Parkay makes an AMAZING spray butter. There are NO calories, or grams of fat! All you do it spray it on bread, veggies, your forearm, anything really! It's THAT good!

Country Crock is a good spread to use. It is mainly veg oil. There are not trans fats either.
It also depends on what you are cooking. Butter works as a good adhesive in baked goods.

Try Land O' Lakes reduced-fat spreadable butter with Canola Oil. It doesn't have that fake taste, and it's easy to spread too.

Read the label on a tub of "Whipped Butter".
Best of both worlds!...You have the taste of real butter instead of that other crud they're trying to sell you and you'll have less calories and fat. ......IF you stick with the same amount.
