There's little that doesn't work well in cheesecake. Basically any fruits or candies. As you bought pre-made filling, you'll probably do well to hit the baking isle. There you can find pie fillings (apple, cherry, blueberry, strawberry, or anything else that sounds good). There's also chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter and peppermint chips there with nuts too. Brown sugar isn't bad swirled through it (heat it up with butter, maybe throw in some cinnamon). Then there's the ice cream toppings. Anything from there will be good too. Pineapple, butterscotch, caramel, and so forth. Go to the store and just wander around.

Nutella!
Any ice cream topping such as caramel, hot fudge or butterscotch, or fruit topping.
Pecans, choc, and caramel equals turtle...it is a decadent cheesecake.
This time of year, pumpkin cheesecake is right on the money. Make sure it is either fully cooked or doesn't need to be cooked. You can use Pumpkin Spice flavored Jello pudding, which is seasonal this time of year. Mix it according to pie filling instructions first, then add to your cheesecake filling. You can use any pudding mix, this is a nice one for the holidays.
Don't forget your extracts, such as vanilla, almond, mint, etc. You wouldn't see it, but you would definitely know it's there. Try with something chunky, such as almond or mint with choc chips.
You can add fresh or frozen fruit, whole or pureed.
You can also add booze for a grownups cheesecake. You might like bourbon, whiskey, or rum. Heat it up, add some sugar, and cook on low heat until it reduces to a syrup, THEN fold into the cheesecake. Not too much!

Can of Wilderness Cherry Pie filling/topping or even Blueberry or lemon.
Strawberries, crushed oreo cookies, pretty much anything you like I suppose as long as it does not water the mixture down.
Or you can just make the cheesecake & make different toppings available.

i like to slice up about 4 apples (granny smith or pink lady are my faves) then cook them on the stove top with some butter/margarine(1 stick), brown sugar(1 cup+), cinnamon, and some Capt. Morgan to taste...just simmer down till the mixture is twice as thick. let cool, then top your cheesecake :) this is the dish i'm always designated to bring to pot lucks...sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Chocolate chips. Blueberries. Strawberries (sliced). Actually lots of fruits if they're cut small enough. Raisins. Slivered almonds! (Toast them first in a dry frying pan. Mmmmm!)
