Cheesy Spinach Dip.
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can spinach rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried chopped onions

Mix in a microwave safe dish and heat through.
Serve in a mini crock pot or dip bowls with a loaf of French bread or bagel bites, or crackers. (This also makes a great stuffing in chicken breast!)

Crabbies! If you've never had these, you don't know what your missing. Everybody RAVES about these and they can be done way ahead of time!

1 can of crab meet, same size as Tuna can
1 (5-ounce) jar Cheddar-horseradish spread (recommended: Kraft Old English)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
Dash hot sauce or cayenne pepper
6 English Muffins

In a large bowl, combine crab, cheese spread, mayonnaise, garlic powder, butter and hot sauce. Divide mixture evenly over each English Muffin half. Put on cookie sheet and freeze for an hour. Cut the rounds into quarters and bake now or freeze in ziplock bag until you want them.

Bake at 425 until topping is heated through and golden brown on top, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Enjoy!

If you are serving a cold appetizer, try serving a cheese platter. My family loves to munch (epsecially on Thanksgiving) and every year we have a cheese platter, with a couple different types of cheese, crackers, salami, and pepperoni. It is one of the first things that goes. Another thing to try is bring a variety of nuts, like pastachios or cashews. I guess the thing is, to bring what you like and can afford. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving!

I know that this isn't very Thanksgiving-y... but I make a salsa that my whole family & all my friends request...

1 or 2 avacado (depending on how much you like avacado)
2 large tomatoes
1 medium red onion
1/2 bunch of cilantro
2 jalapenos (1 seeded)
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt to taste

Dice all ingredients into med. size bowl, mix with lemon juice, served chilled with tortilla chips. Very yummy!!
