Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS:
•1 1/2 pounds green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
•1 1/2 cups water
•1/4 cup butter
•1 tablespoon sugar
•3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
•1/4 teaspoon pepper
•1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
•2 cups cherry tomato halves
DIRECTIONS:
1.Place beans and water in a large saucepan. Cover, and bring to a boil. Set heat to low, and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain off water, and set aside.
2.Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in sugar, garlic salt, pepper and basil. Add tomatoes, and cook stirring gently just until soft. Pour the tomato mixture over the green beans, and toss gently to blend.
Options: with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

Green Bean Casserole
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 pkgs. (9 oz. each) frozen cut green beans, thawed*
- 1 1/3 cups French's® Original French Fried Onions
1. Combine soup, milk and pepper in a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish; stir until blended. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup French's French Fried Onions.
2. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
*Or 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) cut green beans, drained.

1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash ground black pepper
4 cups cooked cut green beans
1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
Directions:
MIX soup, milk, soy, black pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in 1 1/2-qt. casserole.
BAKE at 350°F. for 25 min. or until hot.
STIR . Sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake 5 min.
TIP: Use 1 bag (16 to 20 oz.) frozen green beans, 2 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen green beans, 2 cans (about 16 oz. each) green beans or about 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans for this recipe.
For a change of pace, substitute 4 cups cooked broccoli flowerets for the green beans.
For a creative twist, stir in 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese with soup. Omit soy sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup additional Cheddar cheese when adding the remaining onions.
For a festive touch, stir in 1/4 cup chopped red pepper with soup.
For a heartier mushroom flavor, substitute Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup for Cream of Mushroom Soup. Omit soy sauce. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped red pepper with green beans.

Green Bean Casserole with Mozzarella Cheese
Ingredients:
2 cans drained french cut green beans
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons onion, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup sour cream
cup corn flaked, crushed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
In pan over medium-low heat, melt butter.
Add onion, cook for about 30 seconds.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and sugar, blend well. Continue cooking and stir until bubbly, stir in sour cream and cook for about another minute.
Spread beans over bottom of buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over green beans then pour sour cream sauce evenly over.
Top with crushed corn flakes, dot with butter or margarine.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

2 cups green beans
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1Tbsp sugar
3-5 cloves minced garlic
Steam green beans until crisp-tender. Whisk all other ingredients together-pour over slightly warm beans-let sit in fridge at least 8 hours.

mine is nothing different....
Green beans, cream of mushroom soup, mix it up, top with dried onion straws..bake it...thats it!
