Has anyone roasted their turkey the day ahead of Thanksgiving, let it cool and carved it, and then put it in the fridge until Thanksgiving day and then re-heated it? Any suggestions on how to do that?

Sounds like you have it all figured out. Make sure that you wrap it really well so it doesn't dry out.

Don't do it- it will be all dried out. You can totally tell when someone does this. If I had to, I would sort of "steam" the turkey the next day, to heat it with tons of moisture (like in the micro, covered in plastic wrap with a bit of water in the bottom of dish)
